FLIGHT 03 > WEDNESDAY 7th OCTOBER 2020
Crack of dawn start as Barbados flight is at silly o’clock from Gatwick, but for once I’m well placed as I’ve stayed the night at the onsite Premier Inn which is within staggering distance of departures & I have no checked-in baggage – hoorah!
All goes to plan & the flight is quiet – a small bonus of the Covid pandemic but far outweighed by all the negatives, like the aforementioned banning of dirty Europeans & my necessity to stay in the Caribbean in order to cleanse myself before hopping across to Miami & making my way up to Mum in South Carolina . . .
